R3 appoints new Deputy Vice President

The Association of Business Recovery Professionals, commonly known as R3, has today appointed our own Nicky Fisher as Deputy Vice President.

Nicky will take office as President in 2022.

R3 is the trade association for the entire community of the UK's insolvency and restructuring professionals, whatever the size of their practice, their experience or their specialism.  Its members promote economic regeneration, resolve financial distress for businesses and individuals, save jobs, and create the confidence and public trust which underpin trading, lending and investment.

Nicky brings a wealth of experience in the governance of professional bodies, having been President of the Association of Accounting Technicians in 2017/18.  She has been a member of R3’s council since 2018 and before that was a member of the council of the Insolvency Practitioners Association.
