Contrary to some emails that we have seen in circulation, we have NOT been appointed receivers, administrators or anything else in regard to this company.  The director’s intention is that the company will go into creditors voluntary liquidation, but nothing has happened yet and we are still gathering information.  You can still contact the company in the usual way regarding deposits, rent, keys, landlord and tenant details and any other matters.

Regrettably, we are informed by the director that the company did not hold tenants’ deposits separately, nor did it use the Deposit Protection Service, but mixed the money with its own funds.  We have also been informed that the company has no money at all now and that its bank account is overdrawn.  We do not have access to the bank account and cannot confirm this.  If there have been very recent payments into the account they might still be identifiable by the director or the bank, but again we do not know this.  

This is obviously extremely disappointing news for all the tenants and landlords concerned and is something we will investigate if and when we are appointed Liquidators.
