New CCCS Guidelines
The Consumer Credit Counselling Service has released its new guidelines on domestic expenditure. We do not endorse these guidelines as we believe that every individual has different circumstances, but the guidelines are used by banks when voting on whether to accept IVAs. Michael Collins
We mourn the passing of one of the legends of the insolvency world, Michael Collins of Michael T Collins & Co, the best agent we have ever worked with. An absolute gentleman and a true friend, he could clear a factory overnight and dispose of anything from plant and machinery to nuclear waste. We are proud to have known him.
